The self-help method developed by Abraham Low were intended to be an adjunct to professional care. From its inception, the Abraham A. Low Institute has maintained a close working relationship with mental health professionals.
The Low Institute is proud that a large number of distinguished psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers have agreed to serve as its professional advisors. They provide guidance to the Institute's efforts, participate in conference sessions on Recovery, Inc., and the work of Abraham Low, and nominate candidates for the Abraham A. Low Fellowship.
