Surgicap caps are custom made so your orders should arrive 5-10 business days after you have placed your order and payment has cleared.

When is my order processed and what shipping methods are available?
Your order is processed when received. UPS is the shipping method used.

How much does shipping cost?

If my selection is "backordered", what happens?
If your selection is backordered, you will be notified by email or phone, which ever method you have chosen on time of ordering. Orders will then be filled as soon as possible. How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?
